From now on, Wednesday afternoons will be spent in this quiet corner of campus that’s as far away as you can get without actually leaving the Wesleyan bubble. My schedule’s worked out in a way that classes end around midday on Wednesdays and I have Thursdays completely free. Quite glorious if I do say so myself, and work’s always made easier with a ginormous plastic cup of iced chai keeping you company.
Words on this page must be kept on hold for words that hold weight in other areas of my life right now. The past week has been an absolute blur of running around, shopping for classes, trying to make seemingly paltry decisions that will have a bearing on the rest of my academic journey, not to mention immediate future. I drink too much coffee for my own good and find myself sucking on air as my lungs give way at the most inconvenient and awkward times.
Life is good, life is good, life is good.
Civilization isn’t always all it’s cracked up to be.
